Russell Middle School is seeking funding to enhance our staff appreciation "school store" and giving out ABCD bucks (Above and Beyond the Call of Duty) to staff who do something that is really awesome, above and beyond, etc., for buying RMS-branded items such as bags, water bottles, and spirit wear. This will complement the existing rewards of school supplies and class coverage, providing our 90 staff members with meaningful, useful items that recognize their above-and-beyond efforts. This initiative will boost staff morale and contribute to a supportive work environment.
