Rohwer Elementary is requesting funding to provide gift cards for our staff throughout the school year. These personalized rewards allow our 60 staff members to choose something they truly want, enhancing their sense of being valued. Gift cards effectively boost morale and show appreciation, supporting a positive work culture that benefits the entire school.
