Ackerman Elementary School is seeking funding to provide supplemental materials for K-1 phonics instruction. These materials will build young readers' ability to decode and understand text, supporting their academic growth. This project will help 36 students, particularly those from low-income families who may not have access to early literacy support, and will enhance the foundational skills needed for success in reading.
